Front End Loader Factory Seat Triggers Pain, Preventing Operator to Work

Problem

After a back injury, the front end loader factory seat triggered significant pain, preventing operator to continue loader operation.

Issue

Back stabilization and specific support are required by the operator for loader operation. Specific hand and arm movement are also required for control lever articulation.

Solution

A custom seat was fabricated for specific support, freedom of arm movement and torso stabilization according to specific operator anatomical dimension. A 4-point racing harness was installed to ensure securing the torso to the supportive and stabilizing new seat.
